When shooting with colour neg in mixed lighting, be sure to give plenty of
exposure. In this way you can filter in or out whatever you want in PS, so
long as the information is embedded within the neg before scanning.

Philip Chudy is entirely correct about shooting under solo-source
flourescent, as the tubes emit a discontinous spectrum of light with 'peaks'
that are almost impossible to filter out.
