Dear Graeme, Take a look at the sleeve, as already suggested, but there are some other things I would also take a look at in your situation: Shut everything down and pull the plugs out of the power sockets and leave them for about 10 minutes. Plug everything back in and boot up. That's the first thing. Secondly, if the first hasn't worked, try shifting the location of the scanner. Don't ask me why but many people, including myself, will tell you that it works. Something you might like to try before any of these is to choose a completely different set-up in the SW then go back to the one you want to use. This often cures a lot of ills for me and is a very quick remedy - again, don't ask me why...! I hope this helps.
