Shangara,
only the SG inks can be profiled.
The Quad Black tonality must be adjusted with a set of (transfer) curves. I
know people who have reached excellent results with this approach (after
some work), and I know good Photoshop'ers who have given up (after a lot of
work) and have changed to SG as they couldn't get Quad to work to their
satisfaction.

>From my understanding "Quad Black satisfaction" boils down to how pedantic
one is, which model of printer one uses and how good the starting point of
the curves one is supplied with are (read how close they are to your "lucky
dip" printer).
