Hi, As others have mentioned, Hue/Sat is a good place to start, though going through Selective Colour could help too. I would also suggest working on a duplicate layer, so you can later blend back some of the original colour if needs be from the original layer. Also, once you've made the change to the hair colour, use either the History Brush or a mask to paint back in everything you don't want changing.
