Hi Paul, Part of the problem is that O2's website does not support computers, full stop. period. I have found it to be thoroughly buggy, and the online support extremely poor. It was late last year before someone decided to spell check the auto responses...
In addition, their email does not support nokia communicators...I guess that there aren't enough of us using these for mobile work. Now that I've got that off my chest..
