Well, in Omniweb on OSX it's easily done in prefs ->advanced -> compatibility. You can set it to identify itself as IE 5 or 6 running on windoze. You then have to say three Hail Mary's...
You can do the same in Safari if you activate the debug menu.
In OS9, I'm not sure but it's probably possible.
