Hi Nick,
I'm pretty sure I've seen it in the open/save dialog box in Win98/NT/2000 at
the top - try the icons in the dialog box. However, it has been some time
since I used Windows. Haven't used XP Pro.
If it's not in there, there maybe a utility that enhances dialog boxes
(Norton used to make a wonderful File Manager that did just that but they
discontinued it). Worth doing a search on VersionTracker.com.
It's quite possible I may be confusing the feature found in OS 9 and X with
Windows...Sorry if I raised your hopes.
