I suspect that Norton is not telling it like it is it may be that Norton can only be trusted with a limited range of disks and disk drivers I have experienced major destruction of a disk under OSX when Norton was 'repairing' it fsck and the mac disk utility do not register any disk problems while Norton says all is terminal (and yet you dont use Norton and the drive functions flawlessly for month after month boot using OS 9x and run norton again and Norton will in all liklyhood say there is nothing wrong with the disk Huh! philip =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
