True to say that the printer is particularly fussy about the printer driver
settings and the selected profile.
After investigating a little more, yes it can be due to the metamerism with the pigmented inks. Prints can look fine under tungsten light, but become green when moved to a daylight source. But Epson have resolved this last year by updating the driver for the printer and also with the introduction of newer inks. So maybe check which driver is being used with this printer - get a update and check which inks are being used.
