Sure it's possible; it's something I do regularly. Create the folders into which you want to save, e.g. TIFs and JPGs Open the first file. New Action, name it and click Record. Save As using TIF format and navigate to the folder. Save As using JPG format, navigate to the folder, and specify the Quality. Close the file. Click Stop Recording
With the next file the folder parameters will be there as well as the JPG quality.
I had a lively discussion with Rod Wynne-Powell a while back about editing existing Actions and found that if I have an Action such as described above, I can open a sample file and change the folder into which the files are saved by highlighting the Save As part of the Action and selecting Record Again from the drop-down menu. It allows you to replace the folder settings for further files.
