[PRODIG] PS actions multiple save

Sorry I obviously didn't explain my problem properly.  I can write the 
action but when I try to batch run the Action, the files all end up in 
the folder that you are obliged to specify.  It simply never occurred 
to me that people use actions without using batch.  I suppose my 
question should be:
is it possible to get a batch running an action to save to separate 
folders on an OSX mac?

Create the folders into which you want to save, e.g. TIFs and JPGs
Open the first file.
New Action, name it and click Record.
Save As using TIF format and navigate to the folder.
Save As using JPG format, navigate to the folder, and specify the 
Quality.
Close the file.
Click Stop Recording
With the next file the folder parameters will be there as well as the 
JPG
quality.
