You're right, we were talking two different languages! They just pretended to understand me.
They don't have a clue. Doesn't matter, though, as I will print off a copy as I want it to be and they said they'll try to get it right. It is just brochures for my own business, so I can't afford to have thousands printed at this point. No problem.
