I seem to remember that PRP (PhotoRetouchPro-Binuscan) does everything with a smooth Histogram result. Including Upsizing. Can't remember if this is good or not. I love PRP and so do some others. But many seem to have never even tried it. There seem to be very few mass recommendations of it as a product, even though it seems to perform some minor miracles?
