I have been recommended the Lacie Photon Blue (also called the Photon 18 Vision perhaps) flat screen monitor. I am looking at the 20" version too but I would like to keep the size down. I want it primarily for location use with the lap top. I will colour correct the monitor using ColourVision Spider and expect it to be near to the quality I get with my Lacie CRT monitor. I am hoping that once I get use to it, I will be able to use it for "final" art and colour correction when I can't get back to the CRT for confirmation. What does the list think and are there other flat screen monitors out there which I should also consider. I use PC systems.
