Much as I share the fury and indignation felt by the original poster, there is no way that this thread can continue here! The list owner would have me hanged drawn and even possibly quartered!

Incidentally I felt the same indignation and annoyance as did Norman, and have already been to their website to register my feelings. BTW if you also feel you want to post an objection there, and are miffed at their incompetence to provide an option for out of North America, just take any state! Don't' let it hold you back!
