Good tip Rod. Always forget those controls. Have asked Adobe to split the
Layer Style and Blend If but they're not buying. <g>

You can use the Channel Mixer to get the same result but it takes longer
than just filling the blue channel with black, printing and closing the
image without saving it (unless you want the effect permanently).

1. Create a Channel Mixer Adjustment layer above your layers.

2. Select the Blue channel from the Output Channel popup.

3. Take the Red and Green channel to -200%.

4. Click OK and print.
