So what you are saying is that I DO own the copyright to my photographs. This contradicts what I understood to be the case. I remember when the copyright act was changed in 1988, and at the time I recall a lot of employed photographers in the same situation as me being disappointed that the law regarding employees had not given them the rights to their images but to their employers.
