I use the 17-40 f4, 24-80 f2.8 and 70-200 f2.8 with the CANON 1Ds. Both W/A zooms show barrel distortion and the 70-200 vignetting, wider than f5.6 and . The solution would be Canon body with Nikon lenses and flash but I fear that's a fantasy too far. I use Panotools to correct and then the images are so much better than scanned film from Rollei 6008. Shooting Raw seems to cope with the wildly variable flash exposure, shooting raw seems to cope with most things but file storage is fun.
