Hi all,

First time on this so I'm a bit nnervous.

The 14n is a brillient camera. the images are stunning and it's getting better all the time with the kodak upgrades but.... I bought mine in July and have had lots of problems with tram lines on the images. It's been back and forth to kodak several times and now has a new sensor fitted - and needs to go back again because of more tram lines!
I must say that my dealer, Danny Chau, and Kodak have been very good and so far not messed me around. Things go wrong and they are fixing them.
I have also found a pink cast on parts of some images. This I believe is down to the auto lens optimisation not always selecting the right settings for my Nikkor D lenses. Now I use the manual setting, which luckily is the same for all my lenses and that appears to have sorted things out
Previously I've used the fuji s1 and now the s2, which is a great camera and in many ways is much easier to work with than the 14n, but when it comes down to image quality the 14n is the one.

Waiting for upgrade to d100/s2 and d1x. In the meantime was just
wondering how kodak dsc14 users were getting on, and whether earlier
problems have been ironed out.
