Hi everyone Firstly thanks to everyone for the help on file sizes for 6 sheet poster much appreciated .
I have a new problem concerning my backup systemn . ecrix tape machine with danz retrospect backup. This has been running fine for the last year until tonight when I need to get info from one of the tapes.It tells me " contents unrecognizable" when trying to retrieve info . when i took a look at the log it told me that yesterday highlighted in red DEVICE TROUBLE "4-BACKUPSET B (002) ERROR 212 ( MEDIA ERASED) . I have spoken to various people and it seems that the tape is corrupt. Surely a backup system should not corrupt. there seems little point in using it if it does.
