I have just installed a new 80gig hard drive in my G4(currently 9.2 on existing 10gig drive) and am sitting here with a sexy black and silver shrink wrapped box containing Panther and raring to go. My intention is to install on the new hard drive as a fresh install so that I can dual boot. As I am something of a Mac virgin is there any kind soul out there who would like to help me out so that my first experience is as enjoyable as possible?
