Welcome back...Talking of tablets and mice, my Wacom developed a will of its
own a few weeks back. I wasn't sure whether it was OS related or whether the
hardware had developed a fault. I contacted Wacom support and was told they
had never heard of the problem: contextual menus would popup all of their
own accord, the first item selected for me and displayed or text would get
selected when I went to put the pen down and as I began to type it would be
deleted (made writing and even editing images very difficult).

To cut a long story short, I posted to the list and Colin Thomas pointed me
to the Wacom support team member who knows what he's talking about and my
problem was solved by replacing the pen - all without me having to send it
away as the other Wacom support had suggested (or taking up Colin's kind
offer to use his spare Graphire while my Intuos was being repaired - aren't
lists great for restoring your faith in human kind?). If you want the full
story, have a dig in the archives for my name or Wacom [Woes].
