My 1290 using Lyson Fotonic inks, has suddenly started churning out prints

You can get odd artefacts with the build up of deposits on the print head. I
find that I need to scrub my heads from time to time with a damp cloth or
tissue. Contact me off line if you want more information on this.

Hi Tim,

That certainly might be a possibility as I have now tried absolutely
everything software wise without success, which is making me suspect a head
malfunction?

If you would kindly educate me about scrubbing the heads I'll try it
immediately.

Many thanks for your time, I really appreciate it.

Kind regards,

Mike.
