I'm considering purchasing a scanner essentially to work with 6x7 and 35mm format film. Every now and then a second hand flextight appears on the for sale list - what model should I consider? I've been told that I should expect to pay around �4000 to �5000 for something 'decent' but without model advice! And would the quality be significantly greater than the Minolta 5400 or Nikon 8000ED? I would expect the latest Flextight's costing �10000 to be better, but what of earlier models?
