Sorry, I should of included this fairly vital piece of info in my original post. The monitor is calibrated and the printer profile matches it 95%. I set the system up myself, I know a colour management specialist could do a better job, but having looked at the prices people are charging per profile I think I can live with this margin of error! The real issue is why the same image looks different in two separate packages on the same monitor.
