Hi there, I hoping you might be able to help me. I have just upgraded from DSLR 1.3SE to the new 1.3.1. Everything went well, I was using it without any problem and then the system crashed. I now seem to have lost all the curves. I am working on XP. So I tried using System restore, but to no avail.
I has a similar problem with ACDsee before Christmas due to a crash, with the help of their technical support team I was able to locate the corrupted file and delete it. then when I reinstalled the program worked fine. I suspect this is the same problem here. However I have looked every where and can't find the relevant folder. I was hoping that phase one had an emailable support system, but All I seem to get is directed to their forum. so I hoped you guys might be able to help. Or at least point me in the direction of phase one support.
