Thanks for that. I have managed to fix it. Eventually using the find option, I found all the files and folders related to DSLR. Deleted the files and then reinstalled. Luckily it worked and everything is now going well.
Tim also said. Don't knock the support forum > <http://www.pictureflow.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=28> . Folk > are very helpful and you can usually get answers very quickly. I sure that is correct I suppose I am use to email support, where you email the company with your problem and tech guy comes back with an answer. I will check out the forum for future use thought.
