You do not say which curves you have lost. Is it the preset film curves or curves which you have produced for individual images? If the former, it may be worth uninstalling and re-installing 1.3.1. Although you can install a new version over the old one, I think it makes sense either to uninstall the previous version first or to install into a separate directory.
If the latter are missing, have you checked that the new version is pointing to the directory where your work files are kept? This is user configurable via File/Preferences/Preview Cache.
Don't knock the support forum <http://www.pictureflow.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=28> . Folk are very helpful and you can usually get answers very quickly.I was hoping that phase one had an emailable support system, but All I seem to get is directed to their forum. so I hoped you guys might be able to help. Or at least point me in the direction of phase one support.
