Normans story is the perfect example of the learning process -
with any new skill, we all go through:
Unconcious Incompetance
What we see a skilled professional do looks easy even though we have
never tried it
ourselves;
Concious Incompetance
We have a go and find out there is more too it!;
Concious competance
With a great deal of careful thought we start to get it right;
Unconcious Competance
We just shoot away and the vast majority of images are good.
Think back to when you started to learn to drive and you will see what I
mean (by the time you take your Driving Test you are conciously competant -
now you drive from A - B and sometimes wonder how you did it!!!),
