Hi Graeme, Same experiences as you, although there is the facility of using job tickets - I wonder if this would be a suitable option for Daniel? I have customised several tickets using ProofMaster Viewer containing varying amounts of info/media wedge/company logo etc. - works very well, particularly when test printing, so I never lose track of which print is which...!
