Hi Jack, Yes, we have been using same system...customising job ticket, but doesn't this only print the proofmaster viewer document name....? Have you managed to give it to print the original file name? What would you enter in the < > space on job ticket?

I have customised several tickets using ProofMaster Viewer containing varying amounts of info/media wedge/company logo etc. - works very well, particularly when test printing, so I never lose track of which print is which...!
