Pics 2 Exe will do most of what you want except that it isn't cross platform. Finding a working, let alone decent, cross-platform slideshow has been the bane of my life over the last 12 months! Roxio do a DVD slideshow presentation which I know a lot of wedding/social photographers' use to present large quantities of images to clients. I don't like this as it involves placing the original files on the DVD (in practice handing over a set of digital negs to the client). I end up using iview for Mac clients and pics2exe for PC ... not ideal.
I too would pay for a decent system of viewing images for clients to select. It would need to be cross-platform, maybe with some sort of lightbox for clients to place selected images on and using low-res images so punters cant successfully nick the images! Anyone able and willing to take up the challenge??!? If they can be ordered on a light box, all the better. We already have actions to resize to 600pixels, sRGB with (C) overlay. =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
