I've never had a file that I couldn't open with a mac and never
experienced a problem with clients opening anything I have sent them.
The only reason I can possibly imaging that you would have to have a PC
is if you were working within a large company (though I've done that
and had a networked mac) or you want to use and I-Paq instead of a palm
(though you can get a program that allows them to synch, or you can use
them with virtual PC).
Know both makes you more valuable to your clients, just like speaking
a second language (which in a way, it is).
