I am in a "hate manufacturers" mode. I have spent a lot of time chasing Canon, Phase One and others and am really pissed off at their lack of response. I had a big issue with Canon over the 2100, which is currently idling in the garage. I suggested they might like to listen to this list, have they? I don't think so. I have spent untold thousands of pounds with the major suppliers and their response to problems is aweful. Is there no way we can organise ourselves to alert the major suppliers that they need to listen to their customers.
Unfortunately, I am a Canon user and there is no representative of Canon on this list, so I am really impressed that Martin Wood of Kodak takes the time to listen and respond.
