Hi Paul,

 I have used a Maped ruler with 45 degree (can't find the symbol) cutter for
a while. I don't use it a great deal but its is relatively easy to use. It
is not for a high volume of mounts though.  Don't use a cutting board
underneath the 45 degree cutter though as it will take gouges out of your
board. You need another piece or two of card to cut on which is a pain.
Through carelessness I have screwed up a couple of times but you basically
draw your frame size with another frame 25/26mm inside along which you
position the ruler. Make sure the blade is the right way round or you'll get
anything but a straight line. I found that out the hard way.

Hope this helps. Cost wise �40 (guessing though)
