Dear List I'm about to enter the murky world of scanning. I need to buy a scanner to catch up on back log of film for Library purposes. All the original are on 645 and 35mm, no large format. I could put them out third party - but I have so much personal work that I wouldn't mind one here to while a way the hours - not that there are enough of them in the day when you're sat in front of the screen. (I personally think they're time machines!)
File spec requirements provided from the library are requesting the following: 645: 4550 X 3411 pixels 350ppi 44.5mb RGB 35mm: 4550 X 3035 pixels 350ppi 39.5mb RGB (Its Masterfile if anyone's curious) I would dearly love a Flextight but the purse ain't stretching to that at the moment, still paying for the Phase One! :o) So anyone have a recommendation?
