I get this quite often on my 1160. Move the heads to the centre of the printer (read the instructions on how to do this, DO NOT FORCE THEM BY HAND!!), then remove the blue foam squares from the head assembly and then immediately replace them. This resets the ink level monitoring. Switch the printer back on again. Should be fine.
