Just record each setup as a one step action. Assign each to a function key or maybe assign them all to the same function key with different modifier keys. Click the dialog icon on the action step so that when its run you are presented with the contact sheet dialog. To use just hit the appropriate function key / modifier key and the contact sheet dialog appears with the settings used when recorded. You can then make changes if needed, confirm the existing settings and hit enter.
