Jorge

I am not surprised they think that way. I dare say Martin Evening is
responsible for some introductions!

Russell Williams is a prominent member of the Photoshop team (he may be
above the team, I'm not quire sure of his position within the organisation),
and he posts here frequently. Not sure whether he takes feedback to the team
or hangs around here just for his own interest. But the more the merrier,
IMV!

>From the rumours I hear on the Internet, the team often want to do things
but are prevented by marketing. Understandably, one wants to make
improvements while the other one wants to maximize profits for the
shareholders and the two must often clash! You can just hear the team
wanting to revamp the Contact Sheet but marketing saying "No, we need text
on a path as we believe that feature will sell more units." The team "Yes,
but it's an image editing program. We should be concentrating on improving
that side of Photoshop." Blah, blah, blah...<g>

If you are a heavy user of Photoshop, it's worth it occasionally to go to
the features request page and letting Adobe know what improvements you would
like. The link has been made more accessible since the release of Photoshop
CS. Just go to the help menu, select Photoshop Online and then click on the
"Feature request" link under Support & training.
