Malcolm, I mainly shoot in available light at different locations and often find just a grey card is not enough to get the best reproduction. When I bought the Monaco profiling kit, it came with a standard IT8 target and the software to profile from it. All I do it to take a photograph of it in the same lighting as my subject and then build a profile off it later. I can then apply this profile to all the photos in that lighting condition for perfect colour balance.

Nathan Gaydhani - Digital Imaging & Design -----Original Message----- Subject: RE: [PRODIG] Introduction+......... profiling your camera with thegretag chart Thanks James, but I don't think your product is what I'm looking for. My "problem" can be summarised as follows: I'm shooting RAW format on a D60, usually under studio lighting (ie 2-3 elinchrom monoblocs) but on location, ie usually in someone's home, where different coloured walls and ceiling etc can cause anomolous reflectance. I need a simple and repeatable method of "calibrating" the first shot of the series using CS RAW and a known target so that the rest of the shots (ie what the client wants) have an acceptable coulour balance.
