Hiya people, Long time (thankful) lurker, now begging some help, suggestions please.
I have recently purchased a Kodak DCS Proback (yes I know they're discontinued, that's why it was a good price) with a Mamiya 645 AFD and 55-110 lens and I have a 'pinkish' problem.
There is a slight magenta cast in the middle of the image, it starts (wide open) as a circular/oval shape, but becomes progressively more rectangular as the lens is stopped down.
It covers a large part of the frame (70-80per cent).
Lens and sensor are clean, I'm not using any filter.
I have the IR filter but not the AAliasing.
I have managed to make a layer mask to get rid of it but I've had to make 1 for every focal length and aperture...
What I'd like to know is: Are there any ProBack users who have had a similar problem? Could it be the combination of the lens and sensor? Or either one? Does it mean that the back or the lens are faulty?
All suggestions very welcome, Many thanks,
Ivan Coleman
