I agree whole heartedly. After our experiences with the last catalogue (if you look at the cover, the pack shots are all wrong - rather embarrassing for an ink & paper manuf.) I have just sent a known test file to the printers with our next one - luckily I have a spectrophotometer, so if I get any gip from the printers, I will have the number to back my point up.
