well, I shall tread slightly carefully, as I was not involved in the process last time 
round, but yes the colours are totally different to real life, and the original file 
sent to the printer.  I do believe the expression 'good enough' was used. I'm hoping 
not to have to measure anything as we are also sending proofs.

When you say that the pack shots are all wrong what exactly do you mean? 
Did you send contract proofs with the job?   If so and the printed piece 
did not match, as appears to be the case from what you are saying, one 
has to ask the question why was the job accepted.
