I'm using a dimage 5400 scanner with ice feature turned on. I'm getting 2 problems on some scans a, The edges of the image goes out of Focus which I'm suspecting is the trannie popping or just not completely flat in the holder or mount. b, Getting very bad tram lines across the image which are not visible on the Film.
Dear Simon, A couple of things, is the autoficus on scan tunred on in the preferences and two are you using it usb or firewire and is all antivirus stuff tirned off.
