Ian, Autofocus at scan is turned on. Using Firewire connection Anti virus is On Force Calibrated ? No
Not sure why some of the above is an issue can you enlarge. Regards, Simon A couple of things, is the autoficus on scan tunred on in the preferences and two are you using it usb or firewire and is all antivirus stuff tirned off.
