Dear Simon, Anti virus is On : I sometimes find that having the anti virus on causes the temp fgiles to be scanned and that in turn slows the machine down and stops the scanning process. I have had lines because of this in the past as well, it's a data loss thing.
Force Calibrated. In the help menu it has trouble shoiting guide. I cant remember what keys you press but it makes a force calibration. This could also correct any problems. Just a few thoughts.
