Yep, nearly melted and damaged the battery. Back to Apple for the second time since June. I have hardly used the beast. By the way, bought it through PC WORLD and also bought their EXTRA PROTECTION PLAN. Cancelled PLAN after a week and got a refund, read the small print guys (= don't do it, get APPLECARE).
