List I know that there are a few US photographers on this list, so any advice would be welcome, however if there is anybody in the UK who has got actual experience of registration of their photos with the US copyright office of photography shot in the UK?
A US company has ripped 3 images of ours from a clients website and I have a strong feeling it will end in court, but I know that most US company lawyers give up if the images have been registered. Or as we are a UK company, the client is a UK company and I think it was the UK division of the US company which did the ripping, it is best to pursue through the UK legal system? Any advice?
