List Due to problems with my ISP, I don't think that got posted, so here it is again.
Has anybody in the UK got actual experience of registration of their photos with the US copyright office? A US company has ripped 3 images of ours from a clients website and I have a strong feeling it will end in court, but I know that most US company lawyers give up if the images have been registered. Or as we are a UK company, the client is a UK company and I think it was the UK division of the US company which did the ripping, it is best to pursue through the UK legal system? Any advice?
