I fill up an external hard drive, then I use Archive Creator to burn the images on DVD's, and then catalogue them in Portfolio 7 with the DVD number (written in the clear hub area) in the Properties column. I make copies of each DVD and one is stored in hanging files in my office, the other is stored off-site.
